I have been selling Real Estate since 2005 and I am a 3rd Generation realtor/broker. I also have 23 years business experience as a General Contractor, so when I look at a home I know what I am looking at and can generally tell you what it will take to pass an appraisal or a home inspection in most cases, as well as what the costs would be for that and/or home improvements and things you would like to do to the home to make it your own...
