John Farrell is a graduate of Aurora-Hoyt Lakes High School in Aurora, Minnesota and earned a BA in American Studies from Lyndon State College in Lyndonville, Vermont. Cindy Farrell is a graduate of Schreiber High School in Port Washington, New York and earned a BS in Political Science from Salem State College. John and Cindy worked in the hotel and restaurant business during the 1980s and 1990s. Together they created and managed The Peacham Inn in Peacham, Vermont and then worked at The Ritz-Carlton, Boston (presently The Taj Hotel). Cindy worked as a Chef and John focused on management and service. In addition, John was employed at Restaurant L’ Espalier in Boston. John started his real estate business in 1993 as a Sales Associate with the former DeWolfe Companies and Cindy joined him in 1994 as his partner. They have grown and developed their business partnership for over 25 years. Combining their strong work ethic, ability to achieve consistent upward results, and excellent reputation, they have become recognized service professionals within the real estate industry. John was named to the Chairman’s Club and later the Exemplar Society and now International President’s Elite for his sales efforts, which because of his partnership with Cindy made these achievements possible. They have extensive knowledge of the Boston/North Shore real estate markets, the resources available to acquire abstract market material and the ability and skills to evaluate the information.
