Abstract:

An electronic check out system which utilizes radio frequency check out devices to check out tools from a centrally located tool storage facility and to identify the individual checking out the tool. The electronic check out system includes readers located a tool boxes and the central storage facility exit to identify the tool and the user of the tool as well as the time and date the tool was removed from the storage facility.

Abstract:

A counter rotating ducted fan having a permanent magnet drive. comprising a ducted housing having an iron core stator and a pair of counter rotating propeller blades rotationally mounted on a propeller shaft positioned axially within the housing Each of the propeller blades includes a plurality of individual propeller blades of an even number. Permanent magnets are mounted in permanent magnet insertion holes located at the tip of each of the individual propeller blades. When excited by an electrical current a pair of excitation windings mounted within the iron core stator control the rotational speed and direction of the pair of counter rotating propeller blades.

A fire fighting system for fighting forest and brush fires under dry, hot and windy conditions which includes a jet engine for generating a high speed air stream, a water source for supplying water to a cooling system which lowers the water temperature to between forty and fifty degrees fahrenheit, a nozzle for injecting cold water into the air steam and a filter which provides very fine particles of cold water within the stream. The stream of cold water is directed to a forest or brush fire dropping the temperature of the fire which eventually extinguishes the fire.

Abstract:

An RF signal processing device which includes a countermeasure set connected to the processing device. The RF signal processing device shifts an incoming RF signal by ninety degrees and combines the phase shifted RF signal with RF jamming signals from a jammer. The processing device next transmits the RF signal including the RF jamming signals from the jammer.
