Dr. Quinlan graduated from the University of Illinois, Chicago College of Medicine in 1980. He works in Cincinnati, OH and specializes in Neurology and Neuromuscular Medicine. Dr. Quinlan is affiliated with UC Medical Center.
"It doesn't take a whole lot to realize the impact Snooty had on this community. Just look around you," said John Quinlan, vice president of the museum's board of trustees. "He's been a part of the very fabric of our lives."
As of Sunday, temperatures are expected to remain above freezing much of late Monday and Tuesday, making the precipitation more of a rain/sleet mix, said National Weather Service of Albany meteorologist John Quinlan.
"We've had storms like this before but it is the timing of this one that is just not good," said John Quinlan, meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Albany. "This could have a big impact on holiday travel both on the roads and at the airports."
Within the sheriff's office, Capt. John Quinlan and Lt. Tom Gallagher said they both have family members who have had breast cancer. In their family members' and all cancer victims' honor, an official sheriff's office breast cancer awareness T-shirt was created.
