Abstract:

A fold-up die cast or injection molded divot repair tool forms a smooth exterior case for housing tees and a ball marker therein. The forked end of the tool pivots on a spring-loaded hinge with the remainder of the case which acts as a handle for the divot repair tool, so that the forked end of the divot repair tool snaps open into a working position. The flat top of the case has a stepped double recessed circular opening with two different diameter steps, one for receiving a circular ball marker, and the other for receiving a circular magnet for securing the ball marker in place. Three cylindrical spaced openings through the body of the case provide space for three golf tees to be removably inserted therein.

Abstract:

An orthodontic bracket having opposite nonparallel surfaces and further incorporating one or more gripping portions to provide stability in gripping and handling. The gripping portion or portions may be formed as various types of small notches or shelves in the bracket body and preferably enable gripping to take place on opposite parallel surfaces even though surrounding surfaces are nonparallel and may be convergent. Methods of installation and removal involve gripping the appliance with a tool having movable jaws with at least one jaw engaging a gripping portion.

Abstract:

An ergonomic cosmetics brush with separable handle body and brush head is provided. The handle body has a curved, tear-drop shape that is comfortable to hold. The handle body curves from a wider firs tend to a narrower opposite end. A flat surface is also provided for attachment of the brush head. The flat surface includes a hold that receives a corresponding part of the brush head. The brush head is securely attached to the handle body by magnets. The brush head is interchangeable, and different brush heads may be provided with different shapes which are ideal for specific cosmetic applications and artistic effects. Examples of shapes include circles, rectangles, and diamonds, while an applicator surface of the brush can be flat, inclined, or domed.

Abstract:

An audiovisual-capturing system for a lighted mirror is used to illuminate a user's face and aid in capturing images or video of the user through a one-way mirror. The system includes a support structure, a one-way mirror, and a plurality of lights. The support structure includes a bordering frame which attached around the one-way mirror. The plurality of lights is connected to the bordering frame and is distributed about the bordering frame. The plurality of lights is used to illuminate the user's face. The support structure also includes a device stand which is used to support an audiovisual-capturing device. The one-way mirror is positioned in between the device stand and the plurality of lights. This allows the audiovisual-capturing device to capture images or record video through the one-way mirror, while the user is able to see their reflection through the one-way mirror.
