Abstract:
A coupling, especially a torque limiting coupling, has a coupling housing ( ) and an inner coupling member ( ) received therein. The inner coupling member ( ) connects to a drive shaft. Torque transmitting elements ( ), active in the form of locking members, are positioned between the inner coupling member ( ) and the coupling housing ( ). The coupling housing ( ) has a connecting bore portion ( ) which receives a connecting portion ( ) of a connecting element ( ). The outer contour ( ) of the connecting portion ( ) follows the inner contour ( ) of the coupling housing ( ) in the area of the connecting bore portion ( ). The connecting portion ( ) is accommodated with a radial clearance. Thus, radial displacements, circumferential displacements as well as angular displacements are possible between the coupling housing ( ) and the connecting element ( ).

Abstract:
A torque transmission device, for driving or in drives of agricultural implements or self-propelled working machines, has a coupling () with a coupling housing () including a connection plate () and a coupling hub (). Torque transmission elements () are positioned between the two in at least one rotational direction for transmitting a torque between the two. A driving member () defines a longitudinal axis (). The driving member () is provided with distributedly arranged second driving elements () around the circumference of and radially projecting from a driving member portion (). Gaps () are formed in a circumferential direction between the second driving elements (). A support plate () is present on which the driving member () is rotationally supported around the longitudinal axis (). First driving elements (), as distance holders, retain the support plate () at an axial distance to the connection plate () on the coupling housing (). A space () is formed between the driving member () and the connection plate ().

Abstract:
A drive shaft assembly to interconnect a driving component and a driven component has a first shaft and a second shaft operably engaged with the first shaft to enable torque transmission and relative axial sliding motion. A joint component operably interconnects one of the first and second shafts to one of the driving and/or driven components. The joint component is rotatable through a specified range of rotation, or “free-motion”. The joint component is axially fixed relative to one of the second shaft, driving component and/or the driven component.
Angle Drive Having An Integrated Coupling With Rotational Play
A drive (1) for driving, or drives in, agricultural implements, has a drive housing (2) with a first shaft (7) which is rotatably supported around a first axis of rotation (4) in the drive housing (2). A first shaft end (10) of the first shaft (7) projects from the drive housing (2). A first gear (13) is arranged on the first shaft (7). The first gear (13) is axially fixed and rotatable, to a limited extent, relative to the first shaft (7). A second shaft (24) is rotatably supported around a second axis of rotation (20) in the drive housing (2). A first shaft end (27) of the second shaft (24) projects from the drive housing (2). A second gear (29) is firmly connected to the second shaft (24) in the axial direction and in the direction of rotation. The first gear (13) and the second gear (29) engage one another. The selected assembly enables a limited amount of rotation of the first shaft (7), with the second shaft (24) being stationary.
