The Retailers Association of Massachusetts had forecast a 3.1 percent increase in total holiday sales in Massachusetts, but president Jon Hurst on Sunday said he expects the season will exceed those expectations.
"Out-of-state online sellers have an unfair advantage thats hurting the states retailers," said Jon Hurst, president of the Retailers Association of Massachusetts. "We've been screaming about this problem on Beacon Hill for years."

Massachusetts Senate Approves To Raise Minimum Age For Buying Cigarettes, Other Tobacco Products
