I am from the East coast of Mexico, where I graduated on Electrical Engineering. I came to the United States in 1983 and bought my first house in 1985 in Sylmar where I have lived since then. I started my career in Real Estate in 2004 after buying other 3 properties, one of them in Texas that I am still keeping and the other two including the first one, have been sold. In 2010 became Broker and also Loan Officer; late in 2013, President of my own Corporation. Most of my clients are buyers seeking to purchase theirs first house and others are investors. Naci en la costa Este de Mexico donde me gradue de Ingeniero Electricista y vine a los E.U. en 1983; compre mi primera casa en 1985 en Sylmar y he sido residente del area desde entonces. Me inicie en Real Estate o Bienes y Raices en 2004 despues de haber comprado otras 3 casas de la cuales una esta en Texas y las otras dos las he vendido. Para 2010 obtuve la licencia de Broker y Agente de Prestamos; al terminar 2013 habia formado mi propia Corporacion donde soy el Presidente. La mayoria de mis clientes son compradores que buscan comprar su primera casa aun cuando tambien tengo algunos que son inversionistas.
