Description:

Joe is the owner and principal broker of The Fleming Companies. The Fleming Companies, located in Wellesley, Massachusetts, is a full service real estate company with residential, commercial, management and financing divisions. Joe's experience in real estate is extensive and diverse. Joe served as an asset manager for Multi Unit Services LLC a private management company. During his time with the company he managed over 350 residential and commercial properties in the Mid-Atlantic region. During this time Joe dealt with financial institutions, the RTC and other government and private owners in regards to the management, acquisition, and disposition of commercial and residential properties. In 1996 Joe started JT Fleming and Company, a residential real estate company based in Wellesley, Massachusetts. After great success, Joe expanded the company into the commercial brokerage and lending business. Joe was also a professional football player and a NHL draft pick to the St. Louis Blues in 1990. In the NFL, Joe played for the Cleveland Browns in 1995 and the Chicago Bears in 1999. The remaining years Joe spent in the Canadian Football League and was a seven time All Star, Player of the year and recently voted one of the top 150 players in CFL history. During his tenure Joe served as the Vice President of the Canadian Football League Players Association and was instrumental in negotiating three collective bargaining agreements as well as being on the medical and pension board. Joe is a life long resident third generation of Wellesley Massachusetts where he still lives today with his wife Stacy and three children Madelyn, Erin, and Joe. Joe also coaches soccer, hockey, and is a member of several civic organizations.
