A method of embodying personal items with DNA fingerprints includes the steps of producing a DNA fingerprint from a raw biological sample provided by a consumer by a service producer, purchasing a personal item by a user, and embodying the DNA fingerprint with the personal item, so that the expensive treasured ornaments can be provided with an unmistakable signature, i.e. the DNA fingerprints, to mark these ornaments for security purpose.
Snp-Based Hla-Dp, Dr And Dq Genotyping Analysis By Reversed Dot Blot Flow Through Hybridization
The present invention disclosed the use of Allele-Specific-Oligonucleotide (ASO) as the detection assay for human HLA classification. Using the Reversed-Dot-Blotting format and the Flow Through Hybridization process, more efficient, fast and less expensive HLA classification can be achieved. The simple procedures for the process were described. This invention can also provides the method for genotyping as well as DNA analyses in general for different genes and different organisms.

Using Reversed-Dot-Blotting format and flow through hybridization process, more efficient, faster and less expensive HLA classification can be achieved. A simplified procedure for HLA genotyping is also described. This invention further provides a Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP)-based DNA fingerprining method for rapid and accurate genotyping, identification as well as DNA analyses of genetic data from human beings and different organisms. In addition this invention also discloses a new device for rapid and sensitive analyses of nucleic acids, proteins and other analysts for diagnosis.
Method For Making Secured Personal Identity Card And Procedures For Validation And Obtaining Secure Personal Information
A method for making a secured personal identity card and procedures for validation and obtaining secure personal information includes the steps of (a) collecting a set of personal information from a user into an identity file wherein the identity file includes at least one section; (b) receiving an inputting personal identification number (“PIN”); and (c) comparing the inputting PIN with a master PIN preset in the identity file. Therefore, the user selectively and securely releases only specific information based upon the inputting PIN as compared to the biographical information guarded by the master PIN.
