I am of German heritage but was born and raised in France until the age of 15 when I came to the United States. I graduated from San Jose State University, with a degree in Business Management. I work...

Bragging Rights:

I survived emigrating to the United States at age 15, earning Spanish and English simultaneously. No they did not have english as a second language. I skipped th 11th grade. I had to learn english and spanish simultaneously. I was not given grades for 3 months, but I January I was treated like every other student. I survived studying Chaucer's VCanterbury Tales. Milton's Paradise Lost, and Shakespeare's Mid summer Night's Dream. How, I don't know. Had I known what would lay ahead of me I would have given up, but being young I just did not know better and like "Nike" . I also survived a divorce, a teenager, then a remarriage, 3 step-children. Now we are grandparents to 3 lovely grandchildren and several on the way, and don't have to survive that ...simply enjoy them. Life is good!
