The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) said Wednesday that it found that Tovar had reasonable cause to pursue the legal action, said EEOC spokeswoman Julie Schmid. In May, Tovar had pursued the discrimination claim through the federal agency.
