Associating communication objects based on the content of the communication objects using social category tags. Communication objects are collected for a user. Each communication object has a type describing characteristics of each said communication object. An instruction is received from the user for assigning a social category tag to each one of the collected communication objects. A method of interaction between a web page and a data container is disclosed. A container may be selected to be viewed on the web page and the container may be displayed in a larger form on the web page. Other items in the container may be expanded on the web page and additional options may be displayed in at least one of the items of the container. If authorization is present, items in the container may be manipulated.
A method of tracking statistics related to a container of data is disclosed. A container created by an author may be stored on a network. Other users aside from the author may be permitted to search for containers. The other users may be permitted to obtain a copy of a selected container and statistics related to a number of copies of the container obtained may be stored.

The claimed subject matter relates to an architecture that can utilize special metadata to facilitate an improved advertising model in connection with media content delivery. The architecture can monitor a media player device and can launch a metadata interface on the media player device upon detection that a pause feature has been activated.
