Short Sales
I have earned my SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource) Certification (www.realtorsfr.org) This means I understand the emotional and financial complexities of a short sale. If you know someone that is upside down with property values and could use some help with a short sale, please give them my name and number.
Seller Agency/Buyer Agency
I represent my clients in the best possible way for them to realize their Real Estate goals. My office is one of the few that still offers Seller Agency and I have earned my ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) Designation, www.REBAC.net, to make sure you have a team-mate in this process. I promise to tell you if a decision is in your best interest…or not.

US Classification:

Abstract:
A chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) method is disclosed in which a torque-based end-point algorithm is used to determine when polishing should be stopped. The end-point algorithm is applicable to situations where a ceria (CeO) based CMP slurry is used for further polishing, pre-patterned and pre-polished workpieces (e. g. , semiconductor wafers) which have a high friction over-layer (e. g. , HDP-oxide) and a comparatively, lower friction and underlying layer of sacrificial pads (e. g. , silicon nitride pads). A mass production wise, reliable and consistent signature point in the friction versus time waveform of a torque-representing signal is found and used to trigger an empirically specified duration of overpolish. A database may be used to define the overpolish time as a function of one or more relevant parameters.
Pad Break-In Method For Chemical Mechanical Polishing Tool Which Polishes With Ceria-Based Slurry

International Classification:

US Classification:

Abstract:
A chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) method is disclosed in which a new polishing pad is broken-in and conditioned into a steady operating state while using a silica (SiO) based CMP slurry and where the broken-in and conditioned pad is afterwards used for polishing patterned workpieces (e. g. , semiconductor wafers) with a ceria (CeO) based CMP slurry. The approach shortens break-in time and appears to eliminate a first wafer effect usually seen following break-in with ceria-based CMP slurries.

International Classification:

US Classification:

Abstract:
A chemical mechanical polishing method is disclosed in which a batch of wafers is first supplied to a low-selectivity, first CMP tool for partly polishing the batch with one or more relatively non-selective CMP slurries (e.g., silica (SiO) based); and in which the batch of partly-polished wafers is subsequently transferred to a higher-selectivity, second CMP tool which uses one or more comparatively more-selective CMP slurries (e.g., ceria (CeO) based) to further the polishing of the batch of partly-polished wafers and/or to complete the polishing of the partly-polished wafers.

Abstract:
A user interface for managing allocations of network resources in a virtualized computing environment provides a graphical overview of the virtual computing environment that allows the user to visualize the virtual network, including the connections between the virtual network adapters and the uplink port groups that provide physical network resources for the virtual machines included in the virtualized computing environment. The user interface also provides graphical elements that allow the user to modify the virtual network, to migrate virtual machines from individual virtual switches to a distributed virtual switch, and/or to modify the arrangement of physical network adapters that provide network backing for the virtual machines. By providing these features, the user interface according to one or more embodiments of the present invention can allow the user to efficiently and safely manage the virtual network in the virtual computing environment.

Abstract:
A virtualized computing environment is managed with a user interface that includes a graphical interface portion as well as a command-line portion. As a user interacts with the graphical interface portion, a command-line entry corresponding to the interaction is automatically generated and populates the command-line portion. Similarly, as the user types in a command-line entry, a corresponding action is graphically depicted in the graphical interface portion. By providing a blend of a graphical interface and a command-line interface, embodiments of the invention provide improved usability of the virtual infrastructure client and allow users to more quickly become familiar with the use of the application.

Abstract:
A graphical user interface for a virtualized computing environment that includes a plurality of host computers, each having one or more virtual machines running therein, where the virtualized computing environment is configured with one or more monitoring profiles for monitoring a status of objects included in the virtualized computing environment, where the graphical user interface includes a first section and a second section. The first section organizes the one or more monitoring profiles, where each monitoring profile includes one or more rules and each rule corresponds to an action that is performed if the rule is violated. The second section organizes a first set of rules associated with a selected monitoring profile and corresponding actions associated with each rule in the first set of rules.

Over an eight-year period, 829 children died of the flu in the U.S. and for most the period between the start of symptoms and death was less than a week, according to Karen Wong, MD, of the CDC in Atlanta.
