Kathleen is one of Portland's top producing brokers. Formerly a commercial broker specializing in multifamily investment properties, Kathleen began her real estate career as a licensed broker in Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia before moving to Portland in 1997. In 2007 she founded O'Donnell Group Realty. Kathleen graduated from Penn State University with a degree in History and a degree in Religious Studies. She then completed the course work for a Master's Degree in Outdoor Experiential Education after which she had successful careers in both sporting goods and fine art. In addition to holding a Principal Broker's License, Kathleen is a Diamond Platinum Member of The Masters Circle (formerly The Million Dollar Club), the highest designation available, and a member of The Portland Metro Association of Realtors. She holds industry certifications as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), an Earth Advantage S.T.A.R. Broker, a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (LHMS), a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and an E-PRO. Kathleen was also chosen by Portland Monthly as a Five Star Real Estate Agent in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014. After being raised all over the country as an Army brat, and bringing her daughters to Portland to grow up, Kathleen is passionate about the quality of life in Portland.
