My name is Keith Creato and I have been a lifelong resident of Southern New Jersey. After spending my college years at Wilkes University in North East Pennsylvania as a Psychology major, I returned home and started my career path in Default Risk Management. Working at one of the Top Default Risk Management Companies working/managing daily operations of my group i eventually became a client liaison for many of the nations top lenders with our company handling the collections of 2nd Mortgages. After a 8 year stint in risk management field i then decided to become an electrician and worked in the field running everything from Commercial- Residential electrical construction. While working for the electrical company i was enrolled in GCIT for my Electrical License, I am currently one class away from accomplishing this feat. After working as electrician i was given the opportunity to work in the real estate business as a short sale negotiator. Doing this has giving me the chance to help over 250+ Homeowners and Realtors across the country. This was something that turned out to be very successful for me, and i then opened up my own company negotiating short sales. I have already had experience in defaulted loans and it was right up my alley. I decided to take my knowledge of the "short sales" and default risk management and become a Realtor. I then join Tom Mulligan and his staff at Arc Real Estate. I have designations in SFR(Short sales & Foreclosure Resource) and CDPE(Certified Distressed Property Expert) and with my experience, knowledge, contacts, and diligence is what makes me the right choice for any distressed homeowner.
