I was an All American pole vaulter, ranked 12th in the world and 5th in the United States. Since 1982, I served in senior management positions in both residential and commercial real estate firms resulting in more than 950 transactions in excess of $700 million. My credentials include: · Senior Vice President in charge of marketing and leasing of more than 50 major Class A office properties in numerous states including Colorado, California, Illinois, Oklahoma and Florida. · Representation of both landlords and tenants in new, renewal, expansion, extension and lease restructuring; · Integral team member in the acquisition and disposition of large real estate office properties; · Chief Executive Officer over four Sotheby’s International Realty offices in the Vail, Colorado. Keith had complete responsibility and oversight of all company operations including management, staffing and training of 42 sales agents resulting in annual sales approaching $215 million annually. I have been active in numerous real estate related organizations such as NAIOP, BOMA and has the GRI as well as Resort and Second Home Property Specialist designations. My real estate licenses are in Florida and Colorado with completed transactions with a diverse collection of national corporate clients.
