Since 1980 I have been involved in a variety of training and consultation experiences, both as a trainee and as an instructor/trainer. These workshops and seminars have concentrated heavily on issues related to developmental disabilities with a particular focus on Normalization or Social Role Valorization, Community Building, Inclusion, Whole Life Planning, Self Determination and Strategic Planning.
