Skills:
Procedural, functional and factual HR Knowledge: compentency based training/reward programs and performance, recruitment, training/organizational development, privacy, workplace safety, budgets, recordkeeping, testing, dispute resolution and employee relations, wage surveys and pay design, job analysis and performance management appraisals/systems. Communication (conceptual and interpersonal) skilled in operations, scheduling, disseminating, facilitating, troubleshooting and solving problems. Technical skills (computer systems): HRIS/Peoplesoft, MS Word and Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Adobe. Old programming in Turbo Pascal. Ability to institute HR functions within an organization and see it's mission achieved. Ability to practice time management, monitor/report progress, apply tact, observe employee climate, identify trends, reduce turnover.
