Description:

I have been involved with real estate since 2002 when I bought my first two homes in NC. Since then I have bought and resold multiple apartment complexes and residential homes. I have dabbled in tax deed certificates as well. In early 2012 I decided to go after my NV real estate license and passed both the local and national tests on my first attempt. Since then I obtained my Realtor certification and now I am working on obtaining a multitude of specialties and certifications. Starting in 2013 I will be attending advanced education and designations. Since 2004 I have owned and operated a real estate investment company specializing in creative real estate deals. This included lease options, rent to own homes, seller financing of deals, etc. I am gaining knowledge in the world of notes and note buying.
