I have been going to the Gym (Finally) since the end of May, where I have been taKing Zumba, Body Combat, Pilates, etc. Classes. I also (of Course) use the Equipment to Work Out. Sometimes, I go in their HeateD Pool to Cool down & relax my muscles/body. WorKing out is one of the Best things I've Done for MySELF in a Long time! It maKes me happy & I Enjoy it!!
