Back in 1996 I became the first person in my family to own a home. The process was confusing and overwhelming as we had no one to guide us with their past experience and our broker was less than helpful. I knew that the process could and should have been better. Because I have always been obsessed with homes, even as a small child, my husband encouraged me to get my real estate license. Since then I have made it my goal to help educate my clients so that they can make informed decisions, instead of choices, regarding their real estate goals. Whether you are buying or selling, the process can still be confusing and time consuming.
