While many Realtors jump into real estate with little or no training, I began my career as a transaction coordinator and then graduated to marketing coordinator, agent and, finally broker. Working under a prominent agent in San Diego for three years at the outset of my career gave me the attitude and insight that propelled me ahead of many agents.
