A heavily tattooed Holly Fowler, who her attorney Timothy Connors said is bipolar and on psychiatric medications, stands accused of sounding the hoax 911 alarm on her 42nd birthday, allegedly covered for by her daughter Kristine Fowler, the mother of a 3-month-old girl. One of the familys dupes, according to police reports, was Kristine Fowlers fiance, Kyle Hale, 23, who waded into the Merrimack up to his waist looking for the phantom baby even though he cant swim.Kristine Fowler, 23, who her lawyer Glenn Herlihy acknowledged does suffer deficiencies where her mental health is concerned, gave her mother up to police roughly two hours after the call was placed and the damage done.Herlihy said Kristine Fowler initially went along with her mothers tall tale for fear Holly Fowler would get in trouble. I think shes maybe guilty of excess loyalty and perhaps made some mistakes in judgment, he said.Records show Kristine Fowler took out a restraining order against her mother in 2011, claiming in two affidavits that Holly Fowler was overdosing on meds, had posted on Facebook she was going to kill her, and had told her a child should be beat twice a day.
