It is easy to see why Kristine's focus for her clients has always been customer service. Understanding of excellent client services stems from her personal experiences as well as her genuine interest in her clients. She completely gets to know them as real people and takes care of them from beginning to end. Born and raised in Canada, Kristine met her husband while he was working there. After moving back to Houston, they were transferred to New York City and Midland, Texas with a move back to Houston between each. Kristine has lived and owned homes in the Heights and Montrose and now currently lives in West University Place. After having relocated to Houston four different times in her life, making the move to Real Estate was a natural transition for Kristine Martinez. For years, she had followed the Houston Real Estate market and trends and with her own experiences she knew she wanted to pursue her license. Kristine's areas of expertise are inside the Loop including West University Place, Southside Place, Bellaire, Southampton and Braes Heights. Kristine believes there is no place like home and the ability to help people find their perfect home is priceless. Kristine is heavily involved in the West U community and the elementary school. She is on the Executive Board of the Friends of West University Place Parks Fund, Inc. and the Executive Board of the West U Elementary School PTO. She also chaired Friends' largest fundraiser, The Park Lovers Ball and the West U Elementary School Fall Carnival. Currently, she serves as the PR Chair for the Friends' Board and the VP of Fundraising for the PTO Board. Kristine and her husband, Joaquin have a six year old daughter, Bella and two Boston Terriers, Daisy and Lily.
