Laura Schwartz has been actively working in the real estate industry for the past 12 years. In 1999, Schwartz started her own real estate business, Space Properties, Inc. Space Properties focused on sales and rentals in the greater Boston area, where Schwartz was currently living. In 2005, and in an effort to expand and further her career, Schwartz relocated to New York City and joined the Corcoran Group as a broker. After just a few short months in New York City, Schwartz sold a condominium in the east village and brokered a rental in Murray Hill. Schwartz was also ranked by NRT as one of the top 1000 selling sales brokers. Following brokerage with Corcoran Schwartz moved on to work as the “in house” leasing specialist of the Safra town homes development on East 62nd Street and Fifth Ave. Laura Schwartz’s knowledge of the real estate market and her dogged determination has lead to her continued success. Time, dedication, and perseverance are key elements when selling properties and working with buyers. A graduate of Boston University with a B.S, Schwartz now resides on the Upper East Side. Throughout the years, much of her business has come from personal referrals and extensive networking, and participation in many charitable organizations.
