About:
My name is LeAnne Zentz. I have 19 years experience in Real Estate in Indianapolis and surrounding counties. While the bulk of my sales career has been in the new home market, I have a thorough understanding of the existing home market as well. I can offer my experience to educate and advise you on the new home market and how the builder process works. Since new construction accounts for a large portion of the local Real Estate activity, I can also give you the upper hand in marketing your home for sale against new homes. I really enjoy helping people find the home that is right for them and take great pride that my clients have entrusted me to help them with such a monumental decision and important investment. I grew up in the small town of Boggstown in Shelby County. I graduated from Triton Central in Fairland, Indiana and went on to graduate from Butler University in Indianapolis with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. After college I married my husband, Randy, and moved to Chicago for 3 years. We then returned to Indiana and bought our first home in Westfield. We now have three beautiful daughters, Sarah age 15, Lauren age 13, and Abigail age 8 and still reside in Westfield. I enjoy spending time with my family boating at Morse Reservoir in the summer, watching kids soccer, and swimming. I like to challenge myself with new goals that help to keep me physically fit. My latest interest has been Triathalons. For the last couple of years I have participated in the Eagle Creek Sprint Triathalons, and events in Cicero and Indiana Downs. This year I am training for a new challenge, the Muncie Endurathon in July.
