Protein Expression Analysis: Cell surface biotinylation, pulse-chase labeling, protein palmitoylation detection, protein glycosylation analysis and secretory pathway manipulation, density gradient separation of subcellular membrane fractions, immunolabelling (fluorescent and DAB) of cells in culture and tissue sections, tissue fixation and sectioning, laser capture dissection.
