As a former elementary school teacher, I know that the ability to listen well is a key factor to success. I work as both a Sales Manager for ZipRealty and as an agent as well. I have the privelege of working with a phenomenol team of successful and knowledgeable real estate agents, interview, train, meet and mentor new agents to our team, and share in the on-going success of our district as a whole. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to mentor and train new colleagues - the culture of the agents and the working environment at ZipRealty is unlike most any other real estate model and I am blessed to be an integral part of the on-going success. My most successful "deal" in life is being a mom. I live in Hubbardston, MA with my 3 beautiful and busy children along with my husband, Tom. Both Tom and I grew up in a suburb of Boston, and eventually moved to a more rural area to raise our children. When I am not in the office or with clients, I am busy with the family.

I began selling homes and learning about the real estate profession about 8 years ago... it didn't take me long to realize that the only well to succeed in the business was to do what I do best... develop strong, trusting relationships by being personable, honest and working hard for my clients. I have never been a "sales" agent - it was just the title they gave me when I passed the real estate exam. Rather, I focused on earning trust by listening, offering thoughtful advice, and never letting my clients down. That work ethic has led to great success as a Real Estate Agent/Broker. In addition to selling homes, I work as a Sales Manager where I recruit and train new agents and help them to develop the skills they will need to be successful agents! When I am not in the office or in the field, I am a busy mom to 3 kids. After growing up in a suburban town outside of Boston, my husband and I moved to a more rural town in central MA to raise our family.
