Description:
Lisa Di Pasquale, REALTOR, RCC, CNHS, CPRES, CDPE, SFR Known for taking great care of her clients, Lisa Di Pasquale is there for people long after transactions close. For example, if questions come up, or you need a contractor, painter, plumber, electrician or an attorney who handles wills and trusts, she'll refer you to someone wonderful. Speaking of referrals, Lisa works 100 percent by referral. She doesn't advertise her real estate services because so many clients refer their friends and family to her. An ethical person of high integrity, Lisa offers professional, world-class service and makes sure transactions are handled fairly for her clients. "I'm passionate about consistent and clear communication, and making transactions a pleasant experience for everyone involved," Lisa says. The feedback she often receives from clients is that she's so nice. They also say she's honest, compassionate, responsive, terrific at following up, an excellent listener, and a very skilled negotiator. Her background in human resources and retail prepared her well for a career in property management and real estate. She has nearly 14 years of real estate experience, and joined Better Homes & Gardens – Tri-Valley Realty in 2007. In addition to helping buyers and sellers with traditional properties, her further specialties are probate, distressed properties and short sales. Designations include Residential Construction Certified, Certified New Home Specialist, Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, Certified Distressed Property Expert and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource. Lisa was born in Pasadena, California, and grew up in Piedmont, California. Outside interests include travel, including cruises, spectator sports (football and basketball), country western dancing, fine dining, and wine tasting. She also helps those in need whenever possible. For example, she arranged with the city of Tracy to have sidewalks installed in a neighborhood that had none. Now the children no longer have to walk in the street, and can more safely walk to and from school. Lisa differentiates herself in the competitive real estate world by going beyond the call of duty and putting clients' needs before her own. She says "Even if they don't buy or sell from you, they'll refer you to their friends because they always remember how nicely you treated them."
