I am a native of Boston but has lived most of my life in Duxbury, Massachusetts. My family moved to Duxbury when I was in elementary school after spending many summers at Duxbury Beach. Upon graduating from college I decided Duxbury was the town I most wanted to reside and raise my children in. I attended Northeastern University in Boston with a degree in Finance and was hired by Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. upon graduating. It was when I purchased my first home from a R.E. Developer that I decided to go into real estate. I was hired as Director of Sales and Marketing for a firm that specialized in the development and building of residential neighborhoods. I then managed a R.E. law firm in Plymouth. My responsibilities included managing paralegals, scheduling of real estate closings and coordinating all correspondence between buyers, sellers, brokers, and lenders. Throughout the years I have also purchased properties for investment opportunities, especially enjoying renovations of properties. As founder and chairperson for the Joshua McKenna Memorial Foundation, I understand the importance of giving back to the community and to those in need. Over the last several years the Foundation has successfully raised funds to assist in a multitude of college scholarships as well as aiding local families who have experienced immeasurable loss. I enjoy working in all aspects of real estate and have an extensive background in all areas of real estate including sales, marketing, and R.E. law. As a licensed appraiser, I am able to successfully assist my clients in valuating their assets to market or determine a home buyer’s purchase price.
