A personal flotation apparatus having a main body member, a primary support member, a head support member, and a foot support member, each made of flexible, buoyant, flotation material. The primary support member, head support member, and foot support member are each connected to the main body member, such that they are substantially perpendicular to the main body member and can provide stability, buoyancy and support in various floating and swimming positions.
