  • US Classification:
    235379, 235382
  • Abstract:
An automated banking machine includes a top housing supported on the housing of a chest. A rearwardly extending projection of an upper fascia selectively overlays a forward region of the top housing adjacent the front opening. A lower fascia is selectively movable between a covering position where the lower fascia covers the front of the chest, and an accessible position where the front of the chest is accessible. The lower fascia includes first and second side extensions. When the lower fascia is in the covering position, the side extensions overlay forward side portions of the chest housing. The lower fascia may be adapted to engage the open chest door during servicing operations. The automated banking machine may include a rollout tray supporting upper banking machine components, a rotatable processor case, and/or a slidable top housing cover to permit access to banking components for installation or servicing.
