Abstract:

An equipment support includes an equipment supporting portion to support patient care equipment, a downwardly extending coupler coupled to the equipment supporting portion, an upper lock and a lower lock. The coupler has upper and lower portions configured for receipt in upper and lower sockets, respectively. The upper lock moves to a locking position to lock the upper portion to the upper socket as the lower lock moves to an unlocking position to unlock the lower portion from the lower socket. The upper lock moves to an unlocking position to unlock the upper portion from the upper socket as the lower lock moves to a locking position to lock the lower portion to the lower socket.

A patient care equipment support is transferable between a first device having a first tapered socket and a second device having a second tapered socket. The equipment support includes an equipment supporting portion configured to support patient care equipment and a post coupled to the equipment supporting portion and extending generally downwardly therefrom. The post has first and second tapered portions. A patient care equipment support includes an equipment supporting portion configured to support patient care equipment, and at least one arm pivotally coupled to the equipment supporting portion, and configured to support at least one IV container. The equipment support may include at least roller bumper rotatably coupled to the equipment supporting portion. The equipment supporting portion may include an upper horizontal member, a lower horizontal member and a pair of horizontally spaced vertical posts extending between the upper and lower members. Abstract:

An apparatus includes a rail configured to be coupled to a support structure such as hospital bed, a carriage coupled to the rail for movement along the rail and a lock coupled to the carriage for selectively locking the carriage at one of a plurality of locations along the rail. The carriage is configured to support a patient care equipment rack such as an IV pole. The rail has a plurality of locking portions spaced therealong. The lock is movable between a locking position where a portion of the lock engages a selected one of the locking portions to block the carriage from moving along the rail and an unlocking position where the portion of the lock disengages from the selected one of the locking portions to allow the carriage to move along the rail.

Abstract:

A semi-locking license plate holder for an automobile including a rear frame, a frame cover and optionally a transparent plate. The rear frame has at least one fastener attach point for insertion of at least one fastener such that the fastener head abuts the rear frame securing it to the automobile. The frame further includes an assembly mechanism having at least one pin arm. The pin arm has at least one pin for attachment to the frame cover. The frame cover has at least one pin hole designed to align with at least one pin on the pin arm such that the pins may be inserted into the pin hole or holes. The frame cover has at least one fastener head cover for covering at least one and preferably all of the fastener heads such that the fastener heads cannot be used to remove the license plate without first removing the frame cover.
