Abstract:

An entertainment device which may be used as a promotional vehicle for the sale of beverage products includes a bottle having a sidewall and a vertical axis and a support member rotatably coupled to the bottle for enabling a rotation of the bottle about the axis. A series of closely related fixed images is disposed in a circular array on the sidewall for presenting a user with an apparently moving image during a rotation of the bottle about the axis.

Abstract:

In a method for carrying out the distribution and administration of promotional offers, electronic coupons are loaded into portable electronic devices having displays. The users present portions of the electronic coupon data on the displays at retail locations where the displayed information is optically scanned into registers or retail computers. A coupon distribution and administration service may operate a server on the global computer network for purposes of publishing promotional offers and tracking the downloading, usage and redemption of the promotional offers.

Abstract:

An interactive multimedia trivia and memory game involves the presentation, to multiple players or a single player, of multimedia clips including a visual component and optionally an audio component. The visual component may be a video clip, a photo, an animation, or a table. Each multimedia clip is associated with a plurality of potential questions. During at least one kind of play format, a multimedia clip is randomly selected for presentation to the players. Thereafter, a question is randomly selected, and presented to the players, from among the potential questions associated with the selected multimedia clip. The players accumulate or lose points depending on the correctness or incorrectness of their responses to the presented questions. The amount of points is dependent on how quickly the player responds.
