Abstract:
A method used by an computerized export control system () for online information such as documents allows log-on () by a user only when the user has a verified citizenship that is recorded and available to the computerized export control system. The computerized export control system records () a user entered export control classification number (ECCN) for the new document, when the ECCN matches an ECCN on a recorded list of valid ECCN's. A document is recorded as being commerce restricted when at least one of the following statements is true (): no export classification control number (ECCN) is recorded for the document, and at least one recorded ECCN is export controlled. The system automatically notifies an Export Control Specialist () when a document is submitted that has an export workflow restriction.

Abstract:
Methods provided by the present disclosure utilize extracorporeal shockwaves, mechanical impacts and/or principles of lithotripsy to break up a tissue sample into smaller fragments—clusters of cells and/or single cells—after which a desired cellular fraction can be isolated from the sample. Devices provided by the present disclosure deploy focused and/or directed shockwaves, and/or focused and directed mechanical impacts, to break apart a tissue sample. The devices maintain the sample in a sterile, closed environment during exposure to the shockwaves or mechanical impacts. Therefore, the shockwaves and/or mechanical impacts are generated outside of a closed device and are transmitted through one or more walls of the device into its interior, where the sample is located.
