An apparatus for monitoring traffic conditions comprising at least one mobile device is disclosed. The mobile device has at least one receiver that is configured to receive speed input and location input, memory, that is operatively connected to the timer and the at least one receiver that is configured to store the speed input received by the at least one receiver and a processor. The processor is operatively connected to the memory and the at least one receiver. The mobile device also has at least one transmitter that is operatively connected to the processor and is configured to send messages or alerts.

A method and system for auditing and verifying vehicle identification numbers (VINs) on transport devices (e.g., trucks, trains, ships etc.) with multilevel fraud detection. Abstract:

A method and system for creating driver telematic signatures. The driver telematic signatures include device-independent and vehicle-independent, artificial intelligence (AI) analyzed and dynamic Big Data set (e.g., 100,000−1 Million+ data values) calibrated, driver safety scoring system. The driver telematics signatures are created and used in real-time from a cloud Software as a Service (SaaS) on a cloud server network device and a cloud communications network that communicates with a driver's vehicle when it is on and moving. The driver telematics signatures provide current driver performance data, driver habit data and allow determination in real-time of drivers performing risky driver maneuvers. The driver telematics signature are also used to determine a cost of insurance for vehicles as the result of reducing rating errors by establishing a baseline for the driver's behavior while driving a vehicle.

Abstract:

A method and system for geofencing of vehicle impound yards. One or more geofences around impound yards are selected. The one or more geofences are associated with one or more vehicles. When a vehicle enters the geofenced area, a user (e.g., an individual, car dealer, finance company, etc.) is immediately notified to prevent excessive impound financial charges. If a vehicle is left in a geofence area, a cumulative time duration and a cumulative finance charge are accurately recorded to reduce or prevent financial fraud.
