Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, Mary Jo has lived in the metro Atlanta area for over twenty years and now considers the Atlanta area home. Joining Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty seemed a natural step towards refining expertise in marketing and client services. With a former company, Mary Jo was in the top 25 agents in the North Fulton office for several consecutive years. In her neighborhood of Litchfield Hundred, in Roswell, she was part of a sales team that sold over $45,000,000 in new construction in properties ranging from $800,000 to $2.2 Million. During the same period, Mary Jo maintained a client base to service resale homes across the metro area in all price ranges, including intown condominiums as well as single family homes. A graduate of Furman University with a Bachelor of Music, Mary Jo enjoys piano, guitar, painting and the wide range of cultural opportunities in Atlanta. She served on the STAR House Foundation Board of Directors from 1994-2004 and still supports the educational efforts of the non-profit organization. Mary Jo enjoys traveling to visit daughters in Athens, Georgia, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and maintains properties in Athens, Savannah and Charleston. European travel is always on the horizon.
