My husband and I have lived in Hendersonville since 1996, after raising our children in Savannah, GA and continuing work experiences in Scottsdale, AZ and Boca Raton, FL. We both graduated from the University of Georgia and have Masters degrees from Emory University. We currently work as a team in the Real Estate field with Beverly-Hanks & Associates in Hendersonville. I particularly enjoy being a REALTOR as an extension of my interior design work as owner of Wild Heron Design in Hendersonville and Savannah and owner, with my husband, of the Ethan Allen Carriage House in Savannah. I look for opportunities to talk with clients who are interested in knowing about life in Hendersonville and Western North Carolina. An avocation has been to educate both sellers and buyers about the "ins and outs" of the real estate experience. Sandy LeRoy, a professional stager, and I co-authored a weekly article in the HendersonvilleTimes-News called "Smart Selling". We wrote the articles for two years and taught classes at Blue Ridge Community College and Isothermal Community College on the same topic. We are currently writing an e-book with practical advice from the trenches about preparing a house for sale.
