Abstract:

Various methods, devices, and systems are described for cloud federation in a cloud computing network including bridging computing resources between an enterprise and a cloud or among multiple clouds. These techniques involve generating an image of the host system and decoupling it from its underlying computing resources so that it can be migrated across disparate computing resources in a seamless manner. In one embodiment, an enterprise workload can be bridged with cloud resources to receive software as a service. In other embodiments, bridging is performed across multiple public or private clouds, each potentially having disparate computing resources. In addition, users can access and use these cloud services through a web browser or other network interface anywhere in the cloud computing network as if the services were installed locally on their own computer.

Abstract:

A knee prosthesis includes a femoral component for mounting to the distal end of the patient's femur and a tibial insert component. The femoral component includes a posterior cam extending between the lateral condylar structure and the medial condylar structure. The tibial insert includes a lateral bearing surface, a medial bearing surface, and a raised post portion having a posterior surface adapted to cooperate with the posterior cam of the femoral component. The posterior surface includes a posteriorlateral camming surface and a posteriormedial camming surface and each of the two camming surfaces have different radii of curvature. Between 60 to 90 of knee flexion, the posterior cam of the femoral component engages the raised post portion of the tibial insert and cooperates with the posteriorlateral and the posterior medial camming surfaces to promote posterior translation of the lateral condylar surface on the lateral bearing surface.

Abstract:

Disclosed herein are technologies directed to a feature ideator. The feature ideator can initiate a classifier that analyzes a training set of data in a classification process. The feature ideator can generate one or more suggested features relating to errors generated during the classification process. The feature ideator can generate an output to cause the errors to be rendered in a format that provides for an interaction with a user. A user can review the summary of the errors or the individual errors and select one or more features to increase the accuracy of the classifier.
