About:
I have been working in Real Estate since August of 2006. Prior to starting The Harrell Group in 2011, I was a contributing member of a team that did $43 million in 2007, and 18 million in 2008. I then became an indivicual with Keller Williams where I decided to take all that I had learned from my previous team experience and start my own team. I have a GRI and ABR designation, am a floyd Wickman Graduate, BOLD graduate, and a finalist in Plantinum Top 50. Additionally, I have received such awards from KW as "Top Listings Taken as a Team" in 2010 and 2011; and was named a "Gold Medal Award Winner 2011" for Gold Medal Achievements within Keller Williams. Prior to joining Keller Williams, I worked as a fireman in Midland, TX and also in the service industry for a number of years. I believe that my past work experience taught me a great deal of responsibility, as well as the importance of a great work ethic. Working in the service industry for such a long time has allowed for me to develop great skills in working with people to satisfy their needs while creating a wonderful experience at the same time. I have been able to take these learned skills and modify them as needed to become the best Realtor that I can be. I understand that each and every client has unique needs for real estate transactions, and I take care in catering to these indivicual needs. To me, Real Estate is not just about finding people a house to live in, it is about finding them a place to call home. Additionally, due to the fact that a home is one, if not the biggest investment you will make, it is important to me to find the greatest investment opportunity possible for each client. I truly feel that my hard work and dedication to my career shines when I am given the opportunity to represent you. I also ensure that my energetic personality will make the experience truly enjoyable. My market knowledge is always current due to my ongoing previewing of homes in different areas and my persistence in keeping up with current issues regarding subdivisions, builders, schools and new road constructions. I believe that you must work hard to play hard, but having fun adn enjoying everything that you do is a very important part of life. When I do manage to find myself with spare time, I enjoy numerous hobbies including actively watching UT football, working out, snow skiing, spending tijme with my friends, any water sports and fishing. The majority of my time not spent working, is spent with my two four-legged babies Zoey and Ali. Each and every day, I consider myself extremebly blessed to have the wonderul friend and family that I have been given, and I never take anything in life for granted.
