Abstract:
Transmitting data packets received from a non-constant delay medium includes storing the data packets in a buffer, determining a play-out schedule for the data packets based on timing information in the data packets, and transmitting the data packets from the buffer in accordance with the play-out schedule. Two of the data packets may contain time-stamps and the play-out schedule may be determined based on a difference between the time-stamps.

Abstract:
Techniques for performing de-duplication for data blocks in a computer storage environment. At least one chunking/hashing unit receives input data from a source and processes it to output data blocks and content addresses for them. In one aspect, the chunking/hashing unit outputs all blocks without checking to see whether any is a duplicate of a block previously stored on the storage environment. In another aspect, each data block is processed by one of a plurality of distributed object addressable storage (OAS) devices that each is selected to process data blocks having content addresses with a particular range. The OAS devices determine whether each received data block is a duplicate of another previously stored on the computer storage environment, and when it is not, stores the data block.

Abstract:
Cluster groups define a relationship between clusters in an HCI system. New cluster groups may be created, and a cluster may be added or removed from an existing cluster group. A method and system are disclosed to support a dynamically scaled hyperconverged system with non-overlapping and overlapping cluster groups. A dynamically scalable hyperconverged system may allow for piece-wise upgrades while supporting inter-operable and non-interoperable components having a secure intercommunication capability. A system is disclosed for scaling a single managed hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) where all components are allowed to run a compatible communication protocol (e.g., interoperable communication protocol) but are not required to operate an interoperable software version. Further, methods are disclosed to a) illustrate consolidation of backups for a cluster of HCI nodes running interoperable and non-interoperable data exchange protocols; and b) dynamically organize groups of clusters to enforce interoperability requirements and simplify network configuration among these clusters.

Abstract:
The disclosure provides for systems and methods for performing upgrades in virtual environments. Some implementations are directed to using an upgrade service to provide pre-upgrade component detection and validation on host(s). A software package may be submitted to an existing software upgrade procedure of a host. The software package may include an upgrade executable that, when launched, provides a new software service, including initializing one or more new public-facing APIs to provide pre-upgrade host component detection and validation. Some implementations are directed to coordinating the upgrade of a first host using an upgrade service launched on another networked machine or second host. While running an upgrade service, the first host may make a request to the second host to coordinate the upgrade of components of the first host while the first host or a VM of the first host running the upgrade service is shut down.

Stratford Festival 'back on track' with attendance boost, surplus in 2015
Stratford wouldnt provide a play-by-play breakdown, but, of 13 productions, five were extended to meet demand: Kate Hennigs new play The Last Wife; Ben Jonsons The Alchemist; Friedrich Durrenmatts The Physicists (in a new adaptation by Michael Healey); and both Rodgers and Hammerstein musicals,
Additionally, right winger Arron Asham was a healthy scratch and top-four defenseman Anton Stralman is out with an injury suffered in Game 3. Tortorella turned to forwards Kris Newbury and Michael Healey to take the place of Richards and Asham. Roman Hamrlik gets the nod in place of Stralman.

We couldnt get them close to the fire, said Michael Healey, a deputy chief with the Rockaway Point Fire Department. We had to stretch hoses from two blocks away and draft the seawater, to spray onto the flames.
