I started in real estate in 2002 as a real estate appraiser. Working for banks, mortgage brokers andattorneys, I performed value analyses on over 1,500 residential properties in Massachusetts. This experience developed an innate sense of accurate market values. When listing your home, I can show you WHY we should list at a certain price so you get the most money in the shortest period of time. When buying a home, I can show you WHY you shouldn't pay more than a certain price for a home based on current market data. Zestimates are usually a decent starting point, but talk to me about how appraisals work and how true market value is really calculated. I am also the owner of MeetingHouse Media, a digital marketing company catering to the needs of the real estate industry. I use my professional photography and videography skills to help showcase properties online. The first showing of your home now takes place online. Buyers are literally qualifying or discounting homes based on the way they are presented online.
