Additional Machine Operator skills: McCormick 8 months (temp position via PeopleLink) I set up what was called a WinPak machine which is a machine that has 12 tubes that has 2 rolls of film/foil that enclosed the tubes to make ketchup packets for Mcdonalds,I had to make hourly audits and make sure the settings and consistancy was correct. Eagle Bend,6 months Clinton,TN I made trunk hinge parts for Honda Civics and Accords. The machine was made up of 6 steps, the first machine was called a bender, (1)I set the machine up to correctly bend the bars to make the hinge shape, (2)then I put the formed bars in a press which made drain holes,(3) then I put those parts in a bushing machine that put bushings(washers) on the drain holes,(4) then i used another welding machine that made the brackets or joints to the formed parts,(5)then I put those parts in a rivet machine which riveted the joints to the formed bar, then that made the finished trunk hinge,(6) then I examined the parts for quality and sprayed them with rust protectant and stacked them. i did hourly checks using calipers and micrometers to make sure the drain holes were the proper size. The reason it was 6 months was because I moved back up to Indiana
