Abstract:

The present invention is a tracepoint debugging system in which instructions and displays to and from the user are represented using programming abstractions. This aids in the users understanding of the collected tracepoint data. Additionally, the system can evaluate arithmetic expressions at the target system in order to determine addresses of data which is to be stored into the tracepoint buffer. This can reduce the amount of data required to be stored in the tracepoint buffer.

Abstract:

There is a class of applications that favor expediency of the communications over reliability. Counter-intuitively, the reliability aspect of a protocol may cause sub-optimal performance when considering this special class of applications in some environments. To resolve this performance issue, the exemplary illustrative non-limiting protocol implementation favors timeliness over reliability by allowing for loss of data, thus providing a non-guaranteed, order sensitive level of service. Such features can be combined in the same system and data stream/channel with a guaranteed-reliable protocol to provide a roamable VPN simultaneously providing both guaranteed-reliable and real-time, dynamically adaptable performance.

Abstract:

The present disclosure presents a unified system to phase a personal genome for downstream clinical interpretation. In an embodiment, an initial phasing is generated using public datasets, such as haplotypes from the 1000 Genomes Project, and a phasing toolkit. A local perturbation algorithm is applied to improve long range phasing. If available, a Mendelian inheritance pipeline is applied to identify phasing of novel and rare variants. These datasets are merged, followed by correction by any experimental data. This allows for full clinical interpretation of the role of a group of variants in a gene, whether inherited or de novo variants.

Abstract:

A cache memory system including a cache memory suitable for coupling to a load/store unit of a CPU, a buffer unit comprised of a plurality of entries each including a data buffer and a corresponding address tag. The system is configured to initiate a data fetch transaction in response to a first store operation that misses in both the cache memory and the buffer unit, to allocate a first entry in the buffer unit, and to write the first store operation's data in the first entry's data buffer. The system is adapted to write data from at least one subsequent store operation into the first entry's data buffer if the subsequent store operation misses in the cache but hits in the first entry of the buffer unit prior to completion of the data fetch transaction. In this manner, the first entry's data buffer includes a composite of the first and subsequent store operations' data. Preferably, the cache system is further configured to merge, upon completion of the data fetch, the fetched data with the store operation data in the first entry's data buffer and to reload the cache memory from the first entry's data buffer.

A cache memory system including a cache memory configured for coupling to a load/store unit of a CPU, a buffer unit coupled to said cache memory, and an operation queue comprising a plurality of entries, wherein each valid operation queue entry points to an entry in the buffer unit. Abstract:

Systems and methods to assess metabolic dysregulation are described. Metabolic dysregulation refers to elevated glycemia or insulin resistance. The systems and methods assess metabolic dysregulation by determining which subphenotypes or underlying pathologies are contributing to the metabolic dysregulation. In some instances, a trained computational model utilizes an individual's glucose time series curve to determine the contribution of various metabolic dysregulation subphenotypes to the individual's metabolic dysregulation. Various applications or treatments can be performed based on the determination of metabolic dysregulation subphenotypes.
