Welcome to Palm Coast and Watson Realty Corp! I'm Michelle Neal and I am excited to be a member of the Watson team and know that you will be satisfied with the level of real estate services provided by me or any other associate within our firm. I was born and raised in Virginia. After working my way through college, I began my Human Resources career at Communications Corporation of America, a direct mail company nestled in the valley of the Blue Ridge Mountains. From there, I was promoted to Human Resources Manager for Tyco Electronics at a manufacturing plant in Culpeper, Virginia. After securing my MBA from Mary Washington University, my next and final HR career move was as VP, Human Resources & Administration for Robbins-Gioia, LLC, a large government contractor in the Washington, D.C. area. There, I managed a staff of 23 employees and managed an annual budget of $6M. But the commute, traffic, and high cost of living eventually takes its toll! In 2008, my husband and I decided to “rightsize” our life and moved to Palm Coast. Here, we found the quality of life that our kids and our family deserved. We exchanged our business suits for flip-flops and have never looked back! Our children have found many local activities to keep them (and us) busy - gymnastics, karate, soccer, dance, basketball and cheerleading. I am an active member of multiple mom groups including MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers), Parkview Moms, and Palm Coast Moms and have extensive knowledge of the schools, beaches, daycares, clubs, activities, parks, churches, and social groups in the area. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors, and the Flagler County Association of Realtors, Inc. I am the biggest advocate of Palm Coast and Flagler County! It has everything – beaches, surfing, fishing, golfing, boating, shopping, hiking, biking, birdwatching, gardening, dancing, and socializing.
