Abstract:

A visor configured for engagement to a riding helmet for horseback riders in an as-used position. The visor has an extra long frontal bill which extends around the helmet to side portions. The bill protects the eyes and most of the rider's face from sun and the sides protect the ears and side of the face. An elastic band provides a biased engagement to a helmet and optional vent apertures and retainment clips are employable to hold the device to a helmet more securely in high wind.

Abstract:

The present disclosure provides variant anti-OX40 antibodies that mimic the activity of OX4OL by behaving as an agonist against receptor OX40 to enhance T cell clonal expansion and differentiation. The variant anti-OX40 antibodies exhibit improved binding affinity for OX40 and improved agnostic activity, compared to a wild type anti-OX40 antibody (wild type 2B4 clone) from which the variant clones are derived. The variant anti-OX40 antibodies specifically bind OX40 receptors on activated T lymphocytes, stimulate proliferation of effector T cells, stimulate proliferation of effector T cells in the presence of regulatory T cells, and stimulate production of at least one cytokine from effector T cells.

Abstract:

A method for selectively eliminating nondeterministic elements of NFA is disclosed. The method includes steps of: (a) determining a specific state calculated to have a highest arrival probability through a transition from a current state among all states in the NFA as a current highest probability state; (b) determining whether there exists at least one common transition between a first set of transitions including at least one transition moving the current highest probability state to a state i and a second set of transitions including at least one transition moving the current highest probability state to a state j in the NFA; and (c) excluding the at least one common transition between the first and the second sets of transitions and creating a state k which is arrived as a result of moving from the current highest probability state through the at least one common transition.
