Abstract:
An automatic key trapping lock comprising a lock housing; a lock removable from the lock housing and further comprising a core with an internal lock assembly for trapping and releasing a key when a key is turned in a specified direction; a cam assembly comprising a cam member rotatably engaging the lock; a return spring biasing the cam member towards a key trapped position; said cam member operatively engages a locking and releasing solenoid with a plunger for locking and unlocking the cam member; and the locking and releasing solenoid is actuated by one or more control means operatively engaging the locking solenoid for locking or unlocking the cam. It is another object of the present invention to provide an adjustable key panel assembly having an adjustable cam for accommodating variable length locks.

Abstract:
Syringe attachments and syringes have particular suitability to the precision dispensing of small amounts of high viscosity materials, such as dermal fillers. An attachment may include a main body having an assist feature that includes a wheel and pinion gears on each side of the wheel which engage respective racks on the syringe body. A mechanical advantage may be provided to the user as the wheel is rotated relative to the syringe body and racks. Syringes and attachments may include precision position indicators viewed from multiple positions to enable a user to determine plunger position and the amount of dispensed contents with precision. An alternative configuration attachment may be slidably secured to a syringe to permit a user to operation the syringe from a lateral position using sliding movement of the thumb and fingers of one hand, for example. This configuration may be particularly suitable for self-administered insulin injections.
Nasopharyngeal Sample Collection Devices And Methods
Kits, devices, systems and related methods for obtaining a nasopharyngeal sample utilize a rinsing fluid supply component and a collecting component, which may be used as separate modules or integrated with a housing to form a handheld unit that may be operated with a single hand. The dispensing component may include a flexible reservoir pump containing a supply of rinsing fluid, and a first nostril interface adapted to engage a first nostril of a patient and guide a stream of rinsing fluid into the patient's nasal cavity. The collecting component may include a collection container and a second nostril interface adapted to engage a second nostril of a patient and collect effluent. An absorbent shield may be arranged on the integrated unit to absorb stray fluid.

Abstract:
Methods for using precision low-dose, low-waste syringe configurations, which may have a reduced diameter lumen for dispensing 0.01 ml increments of contents. Methods may employ ergonomic attachments that improve the control and precision of the syringe. An attachment main body includes a gripping surface to permit a user to engage the attachment and move the attachment main body, and thus the syringe plunger relative to the syringe barrel using sliding movement. Methods may employ an assist feature on the attachment, which may be a traction wheel. Methods for using syringes with contents of higher viscosity may employ a pair of toothed pinion gears on a wheel and which cooperate with respective toothed racks formed on or fastened to the syringe body.

Abstract:
Precision low-dose, low-waste syringe configurations have a reduced diameter lumen for dispensing 0.01 ml increments of contents. Plunger and lumen configurations and a needle interface eliminate dead space. Ergonomic attachments improve the control and precision of delivery of syringes. An attachment main body includes a gripping surface to permit a user to engage the attachment and move the attachment main body, and thus the syringe plunger relative to the syringe barrel using sliding movement. Optical enhancement features are provided on the attachment to improve the readability of gradations and plunger position. The attachment may be provided with an assist feature, which may be a traction wheel mounted on the attachment body. An alternative configuration suitable for syringe contents of higher viscosity may include a pair of toothed pinion gears on a wheel and which cooperate with respective toothed racks formed on or fastened to the syringe body.

Abstract:
A collapsible cargo container is disclosed wherein end walls are pivoted into the container when empty and locked against the roof, and then side walls buckle via hinges into a folded configuration. The folded configuration is achieved easily with a modified spreader without the need to otherwise disassemble or deconstruct the container, leaving no loose parts or tools. The cargo container preferably constructed with an improved light weight panel that facilitates loading of the container while improving strength and reducing weight.
