A combination storage and toy apparatus for holding a plurality of personal items such as annular elastic hair ties, hair clips, brushes, and combs, wherein said placement of said personal items is creative, playful, and educational in activity and skill without violence or frustration. The apparatus has an elongated hollow body and a flat decoratively shaped base. The entire outer length of the body may receive numerous personal items with or without being attached to the base. The storage/toy apparatus has provisions for conveniently storing additional items down the hollow receiving end of the tube opposite the base wherein said items may be held visible. Adding, subtracting, and identifying personal items placed make for an education toy apparatus.
