Abstract:

In some aspects, the disclosure is directed to methods and systems for machine learning-based identification of acute kidney injury in trauma surgery and burned patients. A set of biomarker and vital sign measurements of a population with a known clinical diagnosis may be collected and normalized. A first subset of the modified set of biomarker and vital sign measurements may be used to train a neural network, and a second subset of the modified set of biomarker and vital sign measurements may be used for validation.

Abstract:

In some aspects, the disclosure is directed to methods and systems for automatic machine learning through a combination of unsupervised and supervised machine learning from a large set of machine learning algorithms and feature selectors and transformers to generate a plurality of machine learning models, each associated with a particular combination of features and hyperparameters. Each machine learning model is trained and assessed to identify the best performing model based on one or more specified statistical measures. An application may be automatically constructed based on a selected model to process further input data.

Abstract:

Described are platforms, systems, media, and methods for maintaining a database of items associated with one or more skill requirements and a visit duration; maintaining a database of experts associated with one or more skill proficiencies, a location, and a schedule; receiving a request from a consumer for delivery by an expert of one or more items in the database to a consumer address; identifying experts in the database having skill proficiencies matching the skill requirements of the one or more items and available in a timeslot for the visit duration of the one or more items; presenting timeslots for which one or more experts are identified to the consumer and allowing the consumer to select a timeslot; and selecting an expert from among the identified experts in the selected timeslot based on shortest travel time; provided that utilization of the selected expert exceeds a predetermined utilization threshold.

Abstract:

A vasculature simulation device includes an aortic conduit having an inner bore corresponding to a human aorta, a first femoral conduit and a second femoral conduit having an inner bore of a diameter corresponding to a human femoral artery and disposed in fluid communication with the second end of the aortic conduit, and a return conduit in fluid receiving communication with the second end of the aortic conduit. A fluid pump is in fluid receiving communication with the return conduit and is also in fluid providing communication with the first end of the aortic conduit. An access site formed of a penetrable material is disposed adjacent to the first femoral conduit.
